Steps to Using Microsoft Exchange for IEM Email (South Sutter, Ocean Grove and Sky Mountain only)
If you have Outlook 2003 or 2007 installed on your work computer, continue the instructions below, If not please follow the instructions in the following link - Getting Microsoft Outlook
- Choose one main computer to use for work.

Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes to work with support on the upgrade.

When you call please be in front of your primary work computer. (The one where your work email resides)

Call IEM tech support at (800) 403-3204 x2
After set up, to set up the link to the web access:
- Open Internet Explorer
- In the address box type https://exchange.ieminc.org/owa and click Enter
- Add this link to your Favorites
- Click on File and choose Send Shortcut to Desktop
- Choose This is a private computer if you on your home PC or This is a public or shared computer if you work on public PC
- Type your username(just the first initial last name part) in E-mail Address box, the password and click Log On
