Getting Microsoft Outlook
(South Sutter, Ocean Grove and Sky Mountain only, Connecting Waters has already provided Office to its ESs.)
If you do not have Outlook 2003 or 2007 installed on your work computer, the school will provide it, but only under the following conditions:
- You have access to a high speed internet connection.
- You have the Ceniom Managed Services agent installed on your work computer.
- You are willing to work with tech support and have the program installed by them.
If you cannot comply with all these conditions then go back and follow the Exchange Install instructions. When you get on the phone with tech support, tell them you want to do the exchange upgrade without Outlook.
If you can comply with all these conditions then do the following:
- Choose one main computer to use for work.

Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes to work with support on the installation.

When you call please be in front of your primary work computer. (The one where your work email resides)
- Make sure you are logged in with administrative priveleges that allow you to install software (if you are not sure you can call anyway and tech support will help you determine this).

Call IEM tech support at (800) 403-3204 x2
- Tell them you are ready to have MS Office with Outlook installed.
