Before calling tech support, please download TeamVierwer. Then you will be ready for instant connection.

If leaving a message, please call once and leave your message. (Do not call multiple times! When you do so it slows down response time for everybody.) When you leave a message, please include your name, your school, the phone number and best time to call you back. (Do not leave a long description of the problem you are having.(a word or two should suffice) This also slows response time down) You will get a response back in 4 hours or less. Thank you for following these guidelines and helping response time for everybody
