- If there is a gap in rollsheets, how long does it take to show up on notices?
- Within 24 hours of our office receiving the missing or corrected rollsheet.
- Can we put a back button on every page?
- Though conceivable, this is not practical at this time. We will consider the possibilities of this in the future
- "scroll button" The only thing we are able to scroll on is the vendor list when creating a PO and we'd like to see if it is possible to have that option for all windows and lists in FRED.
- This would vary from window to window. Please contact your advisor to submit a specific suggestion.
- Is there a way to make log in less cumbersome?
- I think so and that is on my to research list.
- When we choose something from the view, search, or create menus, can we just go directly to the desired choice without pressing "GO"? (just for the sake of speed) :) -
- I am hopeful that this is possible. There is a plugin called zippscript, that I am going to investigate for this
- What are the ways to "commit/save" a document to FRED?
- Unlike most word processing applications, FileMaker Pro saves your data as you work. This is called committing data. Data is committed when you:
- select another record
- click anywhere outside of the current field
- Windows: press Enter on the numeric keypad, or Ctrl+Enter on computers without a numeric keypad
- Mac OS: press Enter (not Return)
- Switch to another mode
- When HQT information is entered in FRED, it is transferred automatically into the learning record, but it is put in reverse order. We'd like it to be put in the order on the report card, if possible. Also, the courses from both semesters appear when a new LR is created. Can the courses for the appropriate semesters appear for the appropriate dates in learning records? - ti
For example, can 1st semester courses not pop up in a second semester learning record?

- Many ESs like to "duplicate" learning records. When this is done from 1st semester to 2ND semester, the new courses do not appear. Is there a way to have an "update" button to have the new courses inputted in that copied learning record? - ti

- For a service PO inquiry, we are required to put a termination date. This is not always applicable. Can it be an option, not mandatory. - hd

- How do we do PDFs for Mac.
- In every Print dialog in Mac OSX there is a button "Save As PDF...". Once you click it, a dialog will appear to allow you to name the file and select the location where the file will be saved.
- When we create a new LR, it is opening to the Language Arts page rather than the Attendance page. Better to have it open to the Attendance page. -ti
- We want to be able to change the LR attendance day numbers on the student detail screen. - hd
