Notice 8-1-08

We have switched all but a few remaining accounts over to the exchange server on the weekend of July 26-27. At that time the contents of your regular Horde mailbox were transferred to a new account on Exchange. The Horde mailbox no longer holds your mail. You will be able to access your email now using Outlook Web Access at the following web address, https://exchange.ieminc.org/owa. (Until you upgrade your client, you will only be able to send and receive mail via Outlook Web Access.) Your username and password remain the same as they were for Horde.

Now to integrate your local email client with Exchange you can, at your convenience, either follow a set of instructions, or you can make an appointment with tech support to assist you changing the settings for you email client. This will be easier at this time due to the fact the account is already created in exchange. It is not required that you use the local client, you may simply use Outlook Web Access from here on out.

You may contact tech support any time to accomplish this changeover. If you do contact them this month for an appointment, please make it between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM. (This will allow us to deal with the emergencies that happen usually early in the day.)
