AVG Installation File Download.
Click on the appropriate organization and follow the instructions to install. Refer to this link: Update to AVG 2013 to identify which cersion of Operating System you have. Username and password information to access this file is available online in F.R.E.D.(ES detail layout) or from your computer administrator. Simply doubleclick the downloaded file. It does the rest. Be patient while the "Do Not Close Screen" is open. It may take several minutes to complete. When the screen closes, you are done.
