Things are more or less back to normal. Everybody can access email is via Outlook Web Access, https://exchange.ieminc.org/owa/.
Here is a great little introduction to this new version. You should also be able to access mail through your regular email client application (Outlook or Entourage). It is OK to go ahead set up or reset up any accounts (delete profile and recreate) on computers or mobile devices.
